Your Fitness is a smart wear product provided by North.
Your Fitness respects and protects the privacy of all users. In order to provide you more accurate and personalized service, we will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Your Fitness will not disclose such information or provide it to third parties without your prior permission. This Privacy Policy is updated from time to time. When you download it from App Store, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Your Fitness Service Usage Agreement.
1. Scope of application
A) when your height and weight were set in the Your Fitness App, this information will not be written to the Apple Health App before you gave permission;
B) when your step, sleep and heart rate data were synced in the Your Fitness App, this information will not be written to the Apple Health App before you gave permission;
C) Your Fitness App obtained data from business partners through legitimate means.
You understand and agree that the following information does not apply to this Privacy Policy:
D) Your Fitness App collected the data you set in it, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information and evaluation details;
E) Violation of the law or violation of Your Fitness App rule and conduct that Your Fitness App have been taken against you.
2. Use of information
A) Your Fitness will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party without your prior permission. Your Fitness (including North) and North provide services to you separately or together, and at the end of the service, it will be prohibited from accessing all such information that it has previously been able to access.
B) Your Fitness does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or distribute your personal information by any means whatsoever. Any Your Fitness platform users engaged in such activities, once discovered, Your Fitness has the right to terminate immediately with the user service agreement.
3. Disclosure of information
Your personal information will be disclosed in whole or in part in accordance with your personal wishes or by law in the following circumstances:
A) disclose to third parties with your prior consent;
B) in order to provide the products and services you requested, you must share your personal information with third parties;
C) disclose to a third party or to an administrative or judicial body, as required by law or at the request of an administrative or judicial body;
D) if you appear in violation of relevant laws and regulations of USA or China or the Your Fitness service agreement or the relevant rules of the situation, need to disclose to a third party;
E) If you are a Complainant of Intellectual Property Rights and have filed a Complaint, the Respondent shall, at the request of the Complainant, disclose to the Respondent so that the parties may deal with the possible dispute of rights;
F) In a transaction created on the Your Fitness platform, if any party fulfills or partially fulfills the transaction obligation and requests for information disclosure, Your Fitness has the right to decide to provide the customer with the contact information of the counterparty or other necessary information to facilitate the completion of the transaction or dispute resolution.
G) Other disclosures Your Fitness deemed appropriate by law, regulation or website policy.
4. Information storage and exchange
The information and materials about you collected by Your Fitness will be stored on the servers of Your Fitness and / or its affiliates, which may be sent to your country, region or the location outside the information and data are collected, and to be accessed, stored and displayed.
5. Use of Cookie
A) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, Your Fitness will set or access cookies on your computer，So that you can log in or use cookies or Your Fitness platform services or functions. The use of cookies of Your Fitness can provide you with more thoughtful personalized service, including extension services.
B) You have the right to accept or reject cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use cookies or Your Fitness network services or features.
C) This policy will be applicable to the information obtained through the cookies set up by Your Fitness.
