FAQ
The Charge Dock isn't charging my device.
Check that the power cord is securely plugged into your Charge Dock, reinstall the cable pods according to the instructions.
My Cable won't retract back into the Charge Dock.
First make sure that the cable pod is correctly installed in the Charge Dock. Next pull the cable out fully, give the cable an extra tug. This should engage the retracting mechanism.
Can I charge six devices at once safely?
The short answer is YES! The Charge Dock is designed to safely charge up to six devices at maximum speed.
